How to activate and configure the RHA module
What is the RHA module for Resellers?
RHA (Reseller Hosting Administration) is a module for SWPanel, which automates the management of hosting and domain registration businesses. It facilitates the administration of clients, billing, technical support, and other key aspects of a web hosting business.
It integrates a module for billing services to clients and the integration of payment gateways for the collection of services.
It allows the creation of users with access to their SWPanel client account to perform routine actions on the services; manage their hosting plan, create a website with a content manager, create email accounts, manage DNS records, etc…
Additionally, the Professional version of RHA will integrate a fully customized public Website to present Hosting products to clients. This allows for the easy creation of an eCommerce fully integrated with the SWPanel Reseller client account for the sale of hosting services and domains.
In detail, RHA offers:
-
Automation: Automates tasks such as the creation of hosting services, suspension and cancellation of hosting accounts, as well as recurring billing.
-
Client Management: Centralizes client information and management in one place, including support tickets and a knowledge base.
-
Billing: Allows the creation of professional invoices, automated payment processing, and compatibility with multiple payment gateways.
-
Technical Support: Offers an integrated ticket system for the management of client inquiries and issues.
-
Integration: Integrates with the hosting management system and the SWPanel domain registration platform.
In summary, RHA simplifies and automates the administration of a web hosting business, allowing Hosting resellers to focus on the growth and improvement of their SWPanel-based services.
