How to block access to a SWPanel user

To block access to a SWPanel user you must follow the following steps:

a) Login to your SWPanel customer account, place your mouse cursor over the "SWPanel Customization " icon and click on the "SWPanel User Management " option.

b) Locate the user you wish to block access to, hover the cursor over its options menu and click on Block User !

c) In the next window check the checkbox to accept the activation of the SWPanel user lock and click on the "Activate Lockout " button.
