How to test the performance of your Hosting email in SWPanel

To run a test or check the email service of your Hosting through SWPanel in an automated way, you must first access the dashboard of your Hosting service. You can do this easily using the top search bar in SWPanel.

Once in the dashboard, click on the "Run email service check" icon:

In this new window, you will find three types of checks that can be performed:

  1. General Mail Services Test: This checks the overall performance of your Hosting's email services. You can also perform a deep test, which runs checks as a standard user would.

  1. Email Sending Test: This check sends test emails to verify both sending and receiving on the most commonly used email providers' servers.

  1. Blacklist Analysis: This check will determine whether the mail server’s IP is listed on common blacklists. It can also check the reputation of the server IP.

Once you’ve selected an option and a sub-option (if available), the system will perform the necessary checks and return the results at the bottom of the window, along with a series of instructions to help mitigate any potential issue.
