How to sign up for SWPanel training for Cloud with SWPanel Smart Web
SWPanel training is perfect for those who have just contracted a Cloud with SW Smart Panel from SWHosting and want to learn about its operation.
What are SWPanel training courses?
These are non-face-to-face courses conducted virtually using Zoom, where a trainer specialized in SWPanel and internet services reviews and analyzes in detail all the options and possibilities that SWPanel offers our customers.
How long does the course last?
The course lasts between 2 and 3 hours and is conducted virtually via a computer. The trainer shares their SWPanel and explains practical use cases to ensure the training is much more pleasant and easy to understand.
When are these training sessions held?
SWPanel training sessions are held every Wednesday at 15:30 GMT+1. You can sign up for these training sessions up to 4 weeks in advance. If none of the 4 dates suit you, you will have to wait a week for the next training slot to open.
What will I learn in this training?
The training sessions are dynamic and never the same, as they adapt to the knowledge and needs of the students/customers participating in each one.
The goal of the training is for you to get to know SWPanel well enough so that you can work with it comfortably and have sufficient knowledge to perform all the actions you need in your day-to-day management of your internet services.
We also recommend that you sign up for these courses at least once a year to reinforce your knowledge of SWPanel and learn about all the updates or new tools included in each of its new versions.
How many people are there per course?
In order to guarantee quality training, courses are limited to a maximum of 10 attendees. This allows us to ensure that everyone can participate during the class and that the training is much more personal.
There is a minimum of 2 attendees; if this minimum is not met, attendees will be moved to another day to complete the course. Any such change will be communicated to you, and you can adjust the date to your convenience.
Is it advisable to take the course?
In the course, you will always learn more and better techniques to make the most of SWPanel; it will even serve you to compare it or understand its operation versus other control panels.
We always recommend taking a training course, although if you are a self-taught person with a capacity for learning, using the SWPanel manuals and video tutorials, we have no doubt that you will master it without any problems.

From any part of the SWPanel, we will access "Help Center" > "SWPanel training courses":

Here we will see information about the training courses we offer. We scroll down to the bottom of the screen and see a section called "Select the day you want to sign up". The training is always held on Wednesdays at 15:30 GMT+1. We select the day that suits us:

Once we have selected the date, we must check the box "I request enrollment in the course on the marked day for SWPanel training" and enter our user details: our name and our email address. This data must be truthful and verifiable, as it will be the username for the training and the email address through which the invitation link to the training will be sent. Once we have entered the data, we will click on "Enroll now":
