- Item 1 · Round of introductions. Each reseller presents their business: who they are, who they sell to, what they sell today, how they charge, what they use in SWPanel and what their challenge is.
- Item 2 · The ecosystem, piece by piece. What's new in SWPanel 2027, the set of pieces you can combine and four ways to make money with them.
- 11:00 – 11:30 · Breakfast
- 11:30 – 14:30 · Brainstorming and business models
- Item 3 · Brainstorming. Twelve business lines built with SWPanel 2027 pieces, to copy, combine or discard.
- Item 4 · Modules × models. Which modules each idea needs, which sectors fit, the value ladder and the paths for customers to grow with you.
- Item 5 · Ideas for 2028 – 2030. What SWPanel should offer in the coming years: your proposals.
- Item 6 · Conclusions and next steps. The ideas with the most potential and how we keep working together.
